OR140: Ritter RD-Deer Rn RD (Bly Mtn) Sec.
Work to be completed under this contract consists of: construction of temporary stage construction, earthwork, drainage, structures (including concrete box culverts), Paving, Signing and additional work between MP25 and MP 34 on OR140.
