PDX Taxiway C East Rehabilitation and Runway
Reconstruction of Taxiway C eastof Taxiway E, Taxiway C5 and C8-North with portland cement concrete pavement. Rehabilitation of connecting Taxiways J, C6-North, C6-South, and C8-South witha mill and Inlay. Removal of damaged portland cement concrete pavement on Runway 10R-28L and replacement with new concrete pavement. Reconstruction of portions of the perimeter road at connecting taxiways. Grading and drainage improvements. Removal and replacement of existing in-pavement lights and edgelights, and reconstruction of the Taxiway C8 holdbar. Widening paved shoulders from 15 feet to 35 feet. Providing an east-west hydrant water line from GateSA76 to the west portion of Taxiway C1 and from Taxiway F to the east portion of N.E. 82nd Avenue. Construction of taxiway duct bank crossings and communication vault modifications. Replacement of a Port sanitary sewercrossing and installation of a connecting sewer including a new sanitary sewer pump station. Construction of a Pacific Power & Light (PP&L) duct bankcrossing.
