Woodburn Interchange Project
Work on the Woodburn Interchange Project consists of:widening to the north of the existing I-5 overcrossing, widening of Highway 219 and Highway 214 from the existing 2 and 3 lane alignment to a 4 to 6 lane alignment,realignment of the northbound and southbound on and off-ramps, realignment of Arney Road to the Outlet Stores, construction of curb and gutter, new sidewalks, and the construction of new storm water facilities.
